Wetter Water and True Hydration
Gone are the days when we could acquire fresh spring water made perfect for us by nature. In an industrialized society, everyone is responsible for taking charge of their own hydration. You can’t depend on the bottled water at the store to be the source of your hydration. You have to put some thought and effort into creating a simple to execute but effective hydration program.
Anyone who has made an instant coffee or iced tea or made potatoes from a dried mashed potato mix knows how to work with “wetter water”. If you try to mix a coffee mix with cold water, what happens? It doesn’t mix. You have to use hot water to get the mix to dissolve. If you heat the water, the water becomes wetter due to decreased surface tension. Lowering the surface tension, makes water wetter. This means that water moves through things better. This same principle applies to hydration. If you get a water with a low surface tension, the water flows like a powerful river more efficiently delivering nutrients into cells and removing toxins from the cells.
Our Thai staff performs daily water rituals such as playing crystal singing bowls as they pray for the water and the healing of the world’s water sources. The final stage is to chill the water, which further structures the water. The end product is a silky smooth, full-bodied water. The water is very hydrating and causes your skin to have a beautiful color and glow. You can make the water yourself through the process described here. It actually only takes a few minutes to do, and so well worth it. We believe the water is the most important part of your nutritional program, and it is our intention that our daily water rituals and prayers for the world’s water contributes to the cleansing Earth’s water.
We combine our “wet water” with our clay detox supplements for customers to drink twice a day. This is a perfect combination as the clay chelates toxins which is flushed out of the body from the high quality water.
